    个人简介 主要从事抑郁症的诊治与科研工作,湖北省医学领军人才,武汉大学珞珈杰出学者。湖北省神经精神病研究所所长,武汉大学人民医院精神卫生中心主任医师。国家临床重点专科学科带头人。中华精神科杂志副总编辑。《中国神经精神疾病杂志》编委,《Psychiatry Research》评审专家。八年制“精神病学”教材(人民卫生出版社)副主编、联络会诊精神病学主编。累计承担(1)国家自然科学基金9项(30300108,30971041,30971040,81271496,81201058,81401117,81571325,81871072,82071523);(2)美国stanley基金1项;(3)十二五国家支持计划“综合医院抑郁焦虑障碍的识别与防治策略研究”;(4)十三五研究项目“精神心理疾病临床研究协同网络建设示范研究”;(5)卫生部686 重性精神病防治项目;(6)国家教育部985认知与神经信息科学平台(No. 904273458)项目;(7)湖北省重点研发计划“新冠肺炎创伤后应激障碍PTSD发病机制与智能化精准防治”项目。发表SCI论文近100多篇。已培养硕士生50名,博士生20名。目前正在培养的博士生14名,硕士生9名。

    Personal Profile He is mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of depression,He is currently the  President of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University and Director of the Institute of  Neuropsychiatry of Hubei Province. Dr. Wang’s endeavor in the area has won himself several scientific awards, of which two were the Second grade award of Science and Technology Progress of Hubei Province and one was the first place winner of Su Zonghua Mental Health Award. Dr. Wang is currently the Deputy Chief Editor of Chinese Journal of Psychiatry and Editorial Committee member of Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science. Dr. Wang has undertaken and completed several research projects supported by the Stanley Medical Research Institute (SMRI, U.S.) and the National Natural Science Foundation. He hosted one key project in the National Science and Technology Pillar Program and Key Projects of Hubei Province. Currently several other major national scientific research projects are being progressed by Dr. Wang and his team. . In the academia, Dr. Wang is a highly acclaimed author with more than 200 peer-reviewed articles published in scientific journals, of which 100 indexed by SCI. He has also authored or coauthored several national-approved Psychiatry textbooks and monographs. Outside the professional realm, he is an active contributor to many Chinese authoritative newspapers and magazines with more than 100 articles devoted to psychology-related topics as well as others. He has educated 50 masters and 20 doctors. At present, there are14doctors and9Masters studying with him.
