    个人简介
    从事放射诊断、放射介入临床、教学、科研工作30余年,在放射介入临床和学科建设方面有突出贡献。省内率先开展缺血性脑血管病的介入治疗;下肢动脉硬化闭塞症及内脏血管病介入、透析通路失功的介入、肝癌的综合介入、复杂主骼动脉闭塞杂交手术、肠系膜上动脉夹层急诊介入及杂交处理、VTE防治及危重症PE综合介入治疗等达国内先进水平;胸腹主动脉夹层及动脉瘤的介入治疗达省内领先水平。
    主要科学研究方向为血管性疾病的发生机制和干预方法、肿瘤介入治疗的基础与临床研究。先后开展缺血缺氧及高糖状态下心脏、血管疾病发病机及其干预研究;CTRP9血管保护作用及机制;内皮细胞炎症反应对外周动脉疾病影响和机制。开展了外周动静脉血栓栓塞治疗临床研究。主持湖北省自然科学基金2项,参与省重大项目及相关介入器械药物临床前研究10余项,项目经费100余万元。以第一和/或通知作者发表SCI论文4篇,中华或中文核心期刊论文30余篇。
    开展各学制本科生及研究生理论教学和临床带教,先后参与培养研究生20余名,培养专科进修医师100余名,其中多余名已成长为我省血管介入领域学科带头人和主要骨干。

    Personal Profile
    Doctor Hu has been engaged in the clinical medicine, education and scientific research of diagnostic radiology as well as interventional radiology for more than 30 years. He has made outstanding contributions in the clinic and discipline construction of interventional radiology. Doctor Hu took the lead in the interventional therapy of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases in Hubei Province. His ability has reached the advanced level in China in field of interventional therapy including the interventional therapy of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans, visceral vascular diseases and dialysis access dysfunction, the comprehensive intervention of liver cancer, the hybrid therapy for complex aortoiliac artery obliterans, emergency intervention and hybrid treatment of superior mesenteric artery dissection, the prevention of VTE and comprehensive interventional treatment of critical PE. The interventional treatment of thoracoabdominal aortic dissection and aneurysm have reached the leading level in the province.
    His main research directions include: the mechanism and intervention methods of vascular diseases, foundational and clinical study of tumor interventional therapy. Doctor Hu has successfully conducted a series of researches, such as explorations on the pathogenesis and intervention of cardiovascular diseases under ischemia-hypoxia and high glucose, the vascular protective effect and mechanism of CTRP9, the effect and mechanism of inflammatory response in the endothelial cell on peripheral artery disease. He is also doing clinical study on the treatment of peripheral arteriovenous thromboembolism. He has presided over two Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province,and participated in more than 10 provincial major projects and related pre-clinical research of interventional devices and drugs. Besides, Doctor Hu has published 4 SCI papers and more than 30 papers in Chinese core journals as the first and/or corresponding author.
    He has carried out theoretical and clinical teaching for undergraduates and postgraduates, and has trained more than 20 postgraduates and more than 100 specialists, many of whom have become the discipline leaders and the mainstay in the field of vascular intervention in Hubei Province.
