个人简介	主要从事盆底功能障碍性疾病和妇科肿瘤的发病机制及早期防治研究。主持科研项目7项，其中湖北省科技厅自然科学基金项目2项，湖北省卫健委青年人才项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金及省市级项目10余项；《女性盆腔器官脱垂和压力性尿失禁的发病机制及防治体系》研究成果获湖北省科技进步一等奖（第二完成人）；在国内外专业期刊发表论文多篇；副主编专业著作1部，参编多部。

Research Direction	1. Pelvic floor dysfunction diseases: the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment 2. Gynecological oncology: the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment
Personal Profile	He is mainly engaged in the pathogenesis and early prevention and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases and gynecological tumors, and has been awarded 7 scientific research projects, including 2 Natural Science Foundation projects from the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and 1 Youth Talent Project from the Hubei Provincial Health Commission. He also participated in more than 10 National Natural Science Foundation and provincial and municipal level projects. The research achievement of the Pathogenesis and Prevention System of Female Pelvic organ prolapse and Stress Urinary incontinence won the first prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. Besides, he published more than 20 papers in professional journals both domestically and internationally.
