个人简介	为湖北省老年护理学科带头人，主要从事老年护理、慢病管理与科研工作，致力于研究老年患者长期照护模式的构建。关注多病共存患者心理问题，推进多元化护理策略及老年综合评估技术在在慢病管理中的应用。先后主持、参与省、校级级科研项目10余项，发表论文30余篇，其中SCI论文3篇，副主编、参编著作4部。主持并指导多件适老化改造的专利产品，获批专利10余项，获中华护理学会创新发明奖二等奖1项。已协助培养研究生5名。

Personal Profile	She is a leading geriatric nurse in Hubei Province, mainly engaged in geriatric nursing, chronic disease management and scientific research. She has been focusing on the construction of long-term care model for elderly patients. She pays attention to the psychological problems of patients with multiple coexisting diseases, and promotes the application of diversified nursing strategies and geriatric comprehensive assessment techniques in the management of chronic diseases. She has presided over and participated in more than 10 research projects at provincial and university levels, and published more than 30 papers, including 3 SCI papers, and 4 books as associate editor and co-editor. She has presided over and guided several patented products of ageing-adapted renovation, and has been granted more than 10 patents, and won the second prize of Innovation and Invention Award of Chinese Nursing Association. She has assisted in the training of 5 postgraduate students.
