个人简介	主要从事慢病护理、护理管理、护理教育及研究工作。参加国家自然科学基金项目及国家重大科技支撑项目2项，主持省级科研项目3项及其他项目10余项。主编国家规划教材1本及学术专著5本，获国家专利6项，发表统计源期刊论文50余篇，以第一作者及通讯作者发表论文30余篇，其中SCI论文8篇。参与制定中华护理学会护理管理指南1项及护理团体标准3项，主持专家共识1项。已联合培养硕士生5名。目前正在培养的硕士生3名。

Personal Profile	She is mainly engaged in the chronic care, nursing mangement and education. She participated in 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects and major national science and technology support projects, and has been awarded 3 items for the Provincial Science Foundation, and more than 10 items from other projects. She served as the Chief editor of one national planning textbook and 5 academic books. Besides, there are more than 50 articles published in the Journals of Statistic Source, and more than 30 papers published by the first author or corresponding author, including 8 SCI papers. She participated in the formulation of one nursing management guideline and 3 nursing group standards of Chinese Nursing Association, and led the writing of an expert consensus. By now, she has jointly educated 5 masters. At present, there are 3 Masters studying with her.
