    研究方向 1.临床和转化心脏病学,特别是心律失常领域;
    2.心脏电生理学、心力衰竭、心律失常、心肌病、心肌梗死、心源性猝死等的流行病学、危险分层及治疗;
    3.药物开发和治疗:基于动物模型,干细胞模型,细胞系和病人为基础的心脏药理学
    4.以分子遗传学和突变分析研究心律失常、心肌病和心脏猝死等的基础;
    5.心脏动作电位和离子通道的分子和细胞特征,心电图标记物,如J波、T波、U波、QT间期的特征和潜在机制,以及可能的治疗方法;
    6.在人类和动物疾病模型中基因表达和调控;
    7.干细胞和iPSC细胞
    个人简介 在心血管病的发病机制、临床诊断与治疗、遗传学、药理学以及干细胞领域的研究处于国际先进水平。近年来,主持了多项国家自然科学基金项目、湖北省卫健委联合基金重点项目、武汉大学自主科研项目等。在JACC,Circulation等世界一流杂志发表学术论文/综述共140余篇(>50篇为第一,>60篇为通讯,IF>10的9篇,H-index=37,文章引用率>3900,最高影响因子为40)。指导博士硕士研究生20余位,多次指导学生在国内外比赛中获奖。

    Research Direction 1. Clinical and translational cardiology, specifically in the area of electrophysiology and arrhythmia, such as inherited arrhythmogenic cardiac syndromes.
    2. Cardiac electrobiology, epidemiology, risk stratification, and treatment of heart failure, arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy, myocardial infarction, and sudden cardiac death, et al.
    3. Drug development and therapy. Cardiac pharmacology in animal model, stem cell model, cell lines, and patients. Device implantation and ablation of arrhythmia.
    4. Molecular genetics and mutation analysis of the basis for cardiac arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy, and sudden cardiac death.
    5. Molecular and cellular characteristics of action potential and ion channels in heart, and the characteristics and underlying mechanism of ECG markers, such as J wave, T wave, U wave and QT interval, and possible therapy.
    6. Gene expression and modulation in human and animal models with cardiac arrhythmias.
    7. Stem cells and iPSC cells.
    Personal Profile She is mainly engaged in pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis and treatment, genetics, pharmacology, and stem cells in cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, she has presided over two National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, key projects of Hubei Provincial Health Commission joint fund, Wuhan University independent research projects, etc. She has published over 140 academic papers/reviews (with over 40 as first author and over 50 as corresponding author) in world-leading journals such as JACC, Circulation, etc., including 9 papers with IF>10. Her H-index is 37, citations over 3900, and highest IF of 40. She has supervised over 20 doctoral and master students, and has repeatedly guided students to win awards in domestic and international competitions.
