| 从事临床护理、护理教学、科研及管理工作，主持国家重点项目子项目1项、省市课题2项、校级课题2项，参与国自然基金、教育部人文社科基金、省自然基金、市重点专项各1项。发表文章50余篇，其中SCI15篇，主编及副主编著作4部，副主编“十四五”首批职业教育国家规划教材一本，参与的研究项目获得湖北省科技奖一等奖1项、获批实用新型专利3项。目前，协助联合培养硕士生已毕业2名，正在培养在读研究生6人。 | |

| She is mainly engaged in clinical nursing, management and nursing research, She has been awarded one items for national key project sub-project, two provincial and municipal projects, and two items for university-level project. She also participated in one items National Natural Science Foundation of China, one items from the Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education, one items Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and one items municipal key special project each. Besides she has published 15 SCI papers, there are more than 19 articles published Chinese statistical source papers, and Editor-in-chief of one book, associate editor of three books. The research project she participated in won the first prize of Hubei Science and Technology and Award published 3 utility model patents. By now,there are 2 master students have graduated from the joint training program.At present, there are 6 masters studying with she.In 2023, 3 graduate students of nursing were enrolled. | |
