    个人简介
    从事临床工作28年,负责各种疑难危重症的重症监护治疗,擅长各类危重病人的抢救治疗,包括重症感染、脓毒症/脓毒症休克、急性呼吸窘迫综合征、心搏骤停后集束化治疗及器官移植围术期重症监护治疗。现主要研究领域为脓毒症及急性呼吸窘迫综合征发病机制与临床防治。在科室开展多项实用型新业务新技术,重视学科建设中年轻医生、博士研究生、硕士研究生及住培学员思政教育,教育教学业绩突出,主持国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金项目、湖北省教学研究项目、武汉大学教学改革项目、中央高校基本科研业务项目等课题5项。主编专著1部,以第一作者(或通讯作者)发表SCI论文30余篇,获湖北省科技进步二等奖一项。目前正在培养的硕士研究生5名、博士研究生3名。

    Personal Profile
    With 28 years of clinical experience, I have been responsible for critical care treatment of various complex and critically ill patients. I excel in providing life-saving treatment for critical patients, including severe infections, sepsis/septic shock, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), post-cardiac arrest bundle therapy, and intensive care during organ transplant surgeries. My current primary research focus lies in the pathogenesis and clinical prevention and treatment of sepsis and ARDS. I have pioneered practical new services and technologies in my department, emphasizing ideological education for young doctors, doctoral and master's students, and resident trainees. I have excelled in educational achievements, leading five projects including the National Natural Science Foundation and Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation. I have authored one major publication and published over 30 SCI papers as first author or corresponding author. I received the second prize for scientific and technological progress in Hubei Province. I am currently supervising five master's students and three doctoral students I am mentoring.
