研究方向	1. 前列腺癌分子机制的基础研究：在前列腺癌细胞、组织和整体水平研究信号通路的调控及其在前列腺癌转化过程中的生物功能，同时在前列腺癌临床标本中进行验证，为前列腺癌发生发展的机制提供重要理论依据。 2. 肾保护的机制研究：急性肾损伤后的肾功能进行性减退的发病机制可能与肾纤维化的转化有关。通过研究，发现可以减少肾缺血再灌注损伤（IRI）的蛋白，增强IRI后的组织修复。
个人简介	英属哥伦比亚大学访问学者，意大利Humanitas大学医学院访问学者。从事泌尿外科临床工作十余年，擅长各种泌尿外科疾病的微创腔内治疗（包括泌尿系结石、前列腺疾病、膀胱肿瘤、腹腔镜下微创治疗等）。获湖北省医学会泌尿外科分会第一届杰出青年医师奖，湖北省科学技术进步奖二等奖，多次被评为武汉大学人民医院先进工作者、院优秀硕士生导师、院优秀带教老师。主持国家自然科学基金1项、湖北省自然科学基金2项、武汉大学自主科研项目1项、院医工交叉项目2项；参与湖北省卫计委重点支持项目1项（第一参与人）、参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。发表SCI论文10余篇，发表中文核心期刊论文30余篇，参编论著2部。多次在CUA学术会议及省级微创会议发言。

Research Direction	1. basic research on the molecular mechanism of prostate cancer : the study of the regulation of signal pathways in the prostate cancer cells, tissues and the whole level and the biological function in the process of prostate cancer transformation, and also in the clinical specimens of prostate cancer to provide an important theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of the development of prostate cancer. 2. the mechanism of renal protection: the pathogenesis of progressive renal dysfunction after acute kidney injury may be related to the transformation of renal fibrosis. To find the protein that the renal ischemia reperfusion injury (IRI) can be reduced and tissue repair after IRI can be enhanced.
Personal Profile	University of Columbia Visiting Scholar, School of Medicine, University of Humanitas, Italy. She has been engaged in urology for more than 10 years and is good at micro-invasive treatment of various urological diseases (including urolithiasis, prostate disease, bladder tumor, laparoscopic micro-invasive treatment, etc.) . She was awarded the first Outstanding Young Physician Award of the Urology Branch of Hubei Medical Association and the Second Prize of the Hubei Science and Technology Progress Award, She has been appraised as the advanced worker of the People's Hospital of Wuhan University for many times, the excellent tutor of master students and the excellent tutor of the hospital. She chaired a National Natural Science Foundation (NSF-RRB-projectHubeiuNaturaluScienceeFoundationtProjectjectWuhanuUniversitysity independent research project and a hospital-hospital cross-practice project To participate in the Hubei Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission Key Support Project 1(the first participant) , to participate in the National Natural Science Foundation of China Project 3.
