| 研究方向 | 1.固有免疫与病毒感染机制的研究：主要以识别病毒为主的Toll样受体、RIG-1和STING等固有免疫分子作为切入点，在细胞和分子水平研究病毒感染者外周血固有免疫分子和I型IFN诱导基因mRNA的变化，以及这些变化对免疫细胞的影响。在此基础上，通过体外病毒感染细胞模型的相关研究，探讨病毒、固有免疫分子的活化和干扰与病毒复制的关系。 |
| 个人简介 | 主要从事感染性疾病的实验室诊断与科研工作，主持和参与省科技厅、省教委、省卫生厅课题7项。参编规划教材《临床免疫学检验》，在《中华医学杂志》、《中华医学遗传学杂志》和《中华临床感染病杂志》等杂志上发表论文160余篇，以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文130余篇，其中SCI论文近13篇。已培养硕士生26名。目前正在培养的硕士生4名。 |

| Research Direction | 1. Innate immunity and viral infection mechanisms: The entry point for this research direction is virus receptors, such as Toll-like receptors, intrinsic immune molecules such as RIG-1 and STING. Cellular and molecular levels were used to study vary in peripheral blood innate immune molecules and type I IFN-induced gene mRNA in virus-infected individuals, as well as the effects of these vary on immune cells. On this basis, the relationship among virus, innate immune molecule activation and interference and virus replication was investigated by in vitro virus infection of cell models. |
| Personal Profile | He is mainly engaged in laboratory diagnosis and research work on infectious diseases and hosted and participated in 7 projects of the Provincial Science and Technology Department, the Provincial Education Commission, and the Provincial Health Department. Participate in the planning of the textbook "Clinical Laboratory Immunology ". He has published more than 160 papers in National Medical Journal of China, Chinese Journal of Medical Genetics and Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases, and published more than 130 papers by the first author or correspondent author, including nearly 13 SCI papers. By now, he has educated 26 masters. At present, there are 4 Masters studying with him. |
