个人简介	主要从事耳科学及头颈肿瘤基础与临床研究，在喉癌、下咽癌、鼻腔鼻窦外科、甲状腺外科、涎腺外科、中线颅底及侧颅底等领域有较深入的研究。头颈部恶性肿瘤切除与修复、中耳炎手术、人工听觉技术、听神经瘤手术，部分喉、气管袖状切除端-端吻合手术，上颌骨掀翻入路颅底手术，胃代食道、下咽上消化道重建术，眶上锁孔入路前颅底手术，人工耳蜗植入手术及多种人工听觉技术均处于国内领先水平。获2000年湖北省科技进步一等奖1项，2016年、2018年二等奖2项，1998年、2007年、2008年、2012年三等奖4项，2021年湖北省科技成果推广奖1项。发表论文100余篇。已培养硕士生40余名，目前正在培养的博士生10名，硕士生4名。

Personal Profile	He is mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of Head and Neck Tumor,Ear diseases,and Lateral Skull Base diseases.He has been awarded 4 items for the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Health Department, 3 items from the provincial science and Technology Department and the Provincial Health Department.He has also involved in compiling the planning teaching material Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.Besides,there are more than 100 articles published,mostly in international journals and Chinese core journals,including over 10 SCI papers.By now, he has educated 40 masters. At present, there are 10 PhD and 4 Masters studying with him.
