    研究方向:

    1.脑胶质瘤的靶向治疗与分子机制:脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,针对胶质瘤的分子发病机制进行多靶点、多信号的靶向治疗为抗脑胶质瘤治疗提供了方向。多亮氨酸重复区免疫球蛋白样蛋白1(LRIG1)是近年发现的一种具有多受体酪氨酸激酶(RTK)抑制活性的人类细胞表面跨膜蛋白,针对LRIG1,LRIG1的胞外段(sLRIG1)以及小分子sLRIG1展开研究或许将获得脑胶质瘤靶向治疗的突破口。

     

    个人简介:

    从事神经外科疾病的临床诊治和科研工作。擅长神经外科脑肿瘤、脑神经功能相关疾病的治疗,尤其在脑胶质瘤、三叉神经痛、痉挛性斜颈、深部脑电刺激(DBS)等方面有独到见解。获2项国家自然科学基金、瑞典Lion基金、Swedish Institute、教育部博士点新教师基金、中瑞国际合作等多项基金资助,国际上首次发现LRIG1的多种生物功能及机制,发表SCI、中华等论文30余篇。任《Journal of Neurosurgical Sciences》、《British Journal of Medicine and Medical Research》、《中华实验外科杂志》等多个杂志审稿专家。

    Research Direction:

    1. Molecular target treatment for human glioma:Leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains 1 (LRIG1) is a recently discovered negative endogenous regulator for multiple receptor tyrosine kinases (RTK). LRIG1 and its extracellular part of LRIG1 (also soluble LRIG1, so called sLRIG1) have been found to inhibit cell proliferation, negate multiple RTK signals, and sensitize chemotherapy in human gliomas. Research on LRIG1, sLRIG1 and their small fragment may be useful for target therapeutics for human gliomas. 

     

    Personal Profile: 

    He is mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of neurosurgical diseases. He has obtained two research grants from the National Natural Science Foundation. He has published above 30 international papers and most are on Leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains 1 (LRIG1) and human glioma. He also partly works as reviews for Journal of Neurosurgical Sciences, British Journal of Medicine and Medical Research and some Chinese journals like the Journal of Chinese Experimental Surgery.
