| 从事本专业医疗、教学、科研工作30余年，先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目7项、省部级科研项目16项。发表论文500余篇（SCI收录180余篇），主编主译教材和专著32部，包括4本国家规划教材（“十四五”《消化系统与疾病》、“十二五”《消化系统》及“十二五”《临床医学PBL教程教师版》等）。获国家级教学成果二等奖1项，湖北省科技进步二等奖1项、自然科学三等奖2项，湖北省高等学校教学成果奖一等奖2项、三等奖1项（均排序第一）。 | |

| Dr. Dong is a professor, archiater and doctoral tutor of Gastroenterology at Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. Recently, he is a member of higher school teaching steering committee in general medicine of Ministry of Education, of General Practitioner Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the vice-president of Medical Education Institute of Hubei province. His research interests cover the basic and clinical research of gastrointestinal tumors and inflammatory bowel disease as well as medical education research. He has applied for 7 National Nature Science Foundation of China general programs and 16 provincial research projects. So far, Dr. Dong has published over 470 peer-reviewed manuscripts in scientific journals, including Theranostics, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, ACS Appl Mater Interfaces, Inflamm Bowel Dis, J Gastroenterol Hepatol and Tumour Biol. Additionally, he has published 32 textbooks or academic monographs as editor-in-chief. He has received 7 scientific awards in his research field, of which one is the second grade award of teaching achievement of national college and university, two the third grade award of Hubei province natural science, one the second grade award of Hubei province scientific and technological progress and two the first grade award of teaching achievement of college and university in Hubei province. By now, he has educated 70 masters and 56 doctors. | |
