个人简介	主要从事肾脏疾病的临床诊治与科研工作，获国家自然科学基金5项、湖北省科技创新重大专项1项、其它省部级课题3项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文100余篇。获国家发明专利2项。“王氏腹透导管技术”创立者。

Personal Profile	He is mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of immune related renal diseases, and has been awarded 5 items for the National Natural Science Foundation. During the past decades of his clinical and research career, he has devoted himself in the fields of immune dysregulation in renal diseases and the optimization of blood purification. His novelty in the research including: 1. For the first time he depicted how monocyte and lymphocyte crosstalk through the IFN-gamma paracrining and MIC/NKG2D engagement. 2. For the first time he depicted the CD40 molecule shuttling arroud the membrane by the assistance of scaffolding protein JLP. 3. For the first time he found JLP acting as a novel intrinsic and powerful anti-fibrotic factor in the kidney. 4. He has invented a novel technique of “Wang`s forceps assisted peritoneal catheter management”, which showed high reliability in averting the PD catheter complications and simplicity in the practice. .
